Capital Senior Living Corporation (NYSE: CSU) is one of the nation’s largest operators of residential communities for senior adults. The company’s operating strategy is to provide value to residents by providing quality senior living services at reasonable prices. The Company’s communities emphasize a continuum of care, which integrates independent living, assisted living, and home care services, to provide residents the opportunity to age in place. The company currently operates 113 senior living communities in geographically concentrated regions with a total capacity of approximately 14,700 residents.

Larry is Vice Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Capital Senior Living Corporation. From 1991 to 1996, Larry served as President and CEO of PaineWebber Properties Inc. He serves on the board of various charitable organizations and is active in several industry associations. Larry was a founding member of the Executive Board of the American Seniors Housing Association and serves on the Operator Advisory Board of the National Investment Center for the Seniors Housing & Care Industry. Larry earned a LLM in Taxation from New York University of Law, a JD from St. John’s University School of Law, a BBA in Accounting from The George Washington University and is a Certified Public Accountant.
