ASHA’s Strategic Plan (2015 – 2020) called for the creation of a Rising Leaders program that would be open to all ASHA Executive Board member companies. The purpose of the Rising Leaders program is to help nurture the development of next-generation leaders.

Executive Board Members may designate up to three individuals from their companies to be Rising Leaders, with particular consideration given to candidates who demonstrate unique leadership abilities, possess at least a few years of industry experience, and further promote diversity within our profession.

Rising Leaders receive complimentary copies of most ASHA publications (including Special Issue Briefs, ASHA’s full suite of newsletters, and research reports); complete access to the Association’s extensive online resource archive; and exclusive invitations to attend the Rising Leaders Meeting held in June and a Rising Leaders Luncheon held each Fall prior to the National Investment Conference.
