This Special Issue Brief summarizes the findings from a survey of 255 senior housing and care professionals who are members of ASHA and LeadingAge. The survey was conducted by Brooks Adams Research and had the goal of beginning to benchmark digital marketing practices across the senior living industry. The survey was conducted in the summer of 2016 and covered a range of topics including: marketing channels, reputation management, digital marketing expenditures, and marketing automation.
